The Secret To Be Happy
“What is the golden moment of your life?”
And I’m just sitting and, in my mind, recalling, moments, incidents. The first time that I have seen, the first comment that I have made, the first expression from some of you. And I realize how easy it is to be happy in life. Nothing outside has to change. Nobody outside have to change.
Am just sitting here, and realizing that, how many times you find people with such strong willpower, such strong spiritual alignment, such a strong sense of purpose.
Everything is right. Then why has success eluded you, to the quantum it has eluded you? Because you always felt that I need to partner with other people, then only I can succeed. But if anything, it has achieved, it has slowed you down every time in life. Enough. Now run alone.
You determine your own pace. Maybe I’ll run for three years slow, then I might find the momentum. Then I might take a sprint, but I will determine the pace at which I run. Run alone! Life is the greatest gift, isn’t it?
Because you have already been given everything to cherish and celebrate. Nothing needs to be added. Everything is already given, just an element of madness is required to be happy in life. If you are too sane, too civilized, too logical, why? Okay? Difficult to be.
Little bit of madness is required, which you don’t have to achieve. You’re already there. See, if little bit of intelligence is required to be happy, then we have to aspire for it, not required. Little bit of madness is required to be happy in life, which you have already been gifted in abundance.
We just need to recognize that. “Mahatria, I don’t think I’m mad.” That’s your problem! Okay? That’s your problem. So the moment we recognize that, bring in that little element of craziness to life…Life, the greatest gift for those who know how to cherish their memory. A burden of memories.
To those who know how to scan to find out every bad memory and start recalling and reliving. In fact, one of the competitions in public speaking itself used to be, My Golden Moments.
By decision, twenty people have to come and speak about, what do they think as the golden moment of their life?
And the idea was to speak about one golden moment. Your mind has to search twenty-five. This golden moment I should speak, or that golden moment? Because left to it, it will start thinking about, that problem or this problem?
This issue or this challenge? This failure or that setback? The moment to come, the direction itself is! So if I can get the direction of my intelligence right, if I can train myself to cherish the treasure of memories that I have, life is the greatest of all gifts that we could have ever asked for.
